HausofWheels Terms and Conditions

At HausofWheels, we take great pride in providing efficient order processing and fulfillment services. Our primary objective is to ensure a smooth and timely experience for our valued customers. While we continuously strive to enhance our customer service daily, it is important to note that once you proceed with our checkout process until finalization, all sales are considered final.

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $220 for deliveries to most Central Business Districts (CBD) across Australia.Remote and Rural Areas: For deliveries to remote or rural areas, additional charges may apply. If surcharges are necessary, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm the total cost.

Insurance: Optional shipping insurance is available for an additional fee to provide extra protection for your order.

Special Orders and Deposits: Deposits for special-order items are non-refundable. These items, tailored to your specifications and not typically stocked by our company, cannot be canceled or modified once submitted to the manufacturer. By placing a special order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that no changes can be made after submission. Ensure the accuracy of all information provided for special orders, as the company cannot be held liable for errors resulting from customer-provided information.

Approved Cancellations: If an approved cancellation is granted, a 30% fee will apply. Contact our staff immediately during office hours for cancellations. Due to the high volume of emails, it is not advisable to rely on email alone for urgent requests. We will make every effort to halt the order progress, but cannot guarantee cancellation if processing or shipping has begun. Approved cancellations, refunds, or credits will typically reflect within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Returns and Exchanges: Authorized returns or exchanges will incur a 30% restocking fee. Brand-new, catalog-spec wheels (not special-order or custom) can be exchanged for another in-stock wheel, subject to a 30% restocking fee and any price differences. Return freight must be arranged by the customer. Preordered, non-custom wheels can be swapped for an in-stock wheel for a flat fee of $300 plus any price differences. Once wheels have been test fitted, mounted, or balanced, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Inspection of Merchandise: Upon receiving your order, inspect all items for damages or missing parts on the day of delivery. Failure to do so will render any claims incomplete and invalid. If damages are found, immediately notify both the carrier driver and HausofWheels. It is your responsibility to check all shipments for damages before signing for the product. Some wheelsets may exhibit minor marring on the bottom of the barrel lip due to movement during transit. This is a normal occurrence and will not be visible once the wheels are mounted on a car. Any products signed for become the customer’s responsibility to file claims for damages.

Pricing and Liability: Pricing on all items is subject to change, and product discontinuations can occur without prior notice. All special orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Our high-performance products are intended for off-road use only. HausofWheels holds no liability for any damages resulting from the sales, installation, use, or misuse of our products. Due to the intricate paint process and handling procedures, minor imperfections or tiny defects may be present on select products.
