Are your wheels genuine?

Yes. HausofWheels specialises in genuine wheels only. Our range includes new, used, discontinued and limited-edition wheels from established brands such as RAYS Volk Racing, Gram Lights, WORK, SSR, Enkei and BBS. You can also read our genuine JDM wheels vs replicas guide.

Can I pick up my order in Sydney?

Yes. Free pickup is available by appointment at Hurstville (pickup details supplied after appointment confirmation). Eligible HausofWheels stock and nearby sourced wheels can be collected once availability, any required transfer and your appointment are confirmed. For free Hurstville collection, select the Hurstville pickup option at checkout on an eligible set. Wait until we confirm your collection appointment and that the order is ready. Enquire for Stock and pre-order items are not immediately available; please wait until we confirm that the wheels are ready before travelling.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Standard Australian shipping is A$179 for new wheel sets without tyres, or A$269 for used wheel sets with tyres. Accessories ship free Australia-wide, including when purchased with any wheel set. Shipping for wheel sets is calculated at checkout; charges for different wheel shipping profiles can combine in a mixed order. Eligible stocked orders can be paid online without a manual freight invoice. Regional, remote and oversized deliveries may attract additional freight; if an additional amount is needed after checkout, we will seek your agreement before charging it. You may cancel the affected order for a full refund if you decline the additional quote. International delivery for eligible brand-new wheel sets is available by enquiry and quotation. Automatic international rates are not currently available at checkout. Used wheel sets and accessories are not eligible for international shipping. Tracking is provided when available from the courier.

How do I confirm wheel fitment?

Please confirm PCD, wheel width, offset, tyre size, brake clearance, suspension, ride height and your individual vehicle setup before purchase. Fitment can vary between vehicles and modifications, so the buyer is responsible for confirming suitability. Our wheel fitment guides and 5x100 / 5x114.3 collections are useful starting points.

Do you sell wheel accessories?

Yes. Browse wheel accessories including centre caps, hub-centric rings, wheel nuts and locking nuts. Confirm compatibility with your exact wheels and vehicle before ordering.

Do you take trade-ins?

We consider genuine wheel trade-ins. Send us clear photos together with the brand, model, size, offset, PCD and condition. Trade-in valuations are assessed on a wholesale/trade basis.

How are prices and taxes shown?

All listed prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Any tax charged is shown at checkout and on your order receipt. Contact us if you require an invoice.

What payment methods are available?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If you need to arrange an alternative payment method for a pickup or special order, contact us before placing the order.
