1. OVERVIEW
Welcome to HausofWheels.
By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable policies referred to below.

HausofWheels operates in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
2. PRODUCTS
HausofWheels specialises in genuine Japanese performance wheels and selected wheel accessories.
Products may be listed as new, used, in stock, available to enquire about, pre-order or custom order.
Product availability, condition, specifications and estimated fulfilment timeframes are displayed or communicated before an order is accepted.
Photographs and colours may vary depending on lighting, screen settings and individual product condition.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All website prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Any tax charged is shown at checkout and on your order receipt. Contact us if you require an invoice.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted.
If an error affects an order, HausofWheels will contact the customer to explain the issue and arrange a lawful resolution, including a refund where appropriate.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Orders remain subject to payment verification, fraud checks, product availability and acceptance.
If we cannot fulfil an order as agreed, we will contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives or arrange any refund required by law.
5. WHEEL FITMENT
Customers should verify all relevant wheel specifications before ordering, including:
• PCD and stud pattern
• Wheel diameter and width
• Wheel offset
• Centre bore
• Brake clearance
• Suspension and body clearance
• Tyre compatibility
• Appropriate wheel hardware
HausofWheels supplies wheels and accessories only.
We do not provide installation or physical test-fitting services.
Fitment questions should be raised before ordering.
Nothing in this section limits applicable consumer guarantees concerning product descriptions, representations or suitability for purposes made known to us.
6. SHIPPING AND PICKUP
Standard Australian metropolitan shipping rates for eligible orders are:
Standard Australian shipping is A$179 for new wheel sets without tyres, or A$269 for used wheel sets with tyres. Accessories ship free Australia-wide, including with any wheel purchase. Wheel-set shipping is calculated at checkout; charges from different wheel shipping profiles may combine.
Free local pickup is available for eligible orders by confirmed appointment in Hurstville NSW. Pickup details are supplied after appointment confirmation.
Customers must wait for confirmation that their order is ready before attending the collection point.
International shipping for eligible brand-new wheel sets is available by enquiry and individual freight quotation. Automatic international rates are not currently available at checkout. Contact us before ordering.
Used wheel sets and accessories are not eligible for international shipping.
Regional, remote, oversized and unusual consignments may require additional freight quotations.
Any additional charge will be disclosed and require the customer's agreement before payment or dispatch. If the customer declines a necessary additional quotation after placing an order, the affected order can be cancelled for a full refund.

7. SPECIAL ORDERS AND DEPOSITS
Made-to-order wheels are ordered to customer-selected specifications.
Estimated lead times are generally 12–16 weeks.
Deposits are generally non-refundable for voluntary change-of-mind cancellations, subject to applicable law.
Approved customer-requested cancellations within the first 120 days may incur a fee of up to 30%, where reasonable and legally permitted.
If a made-to-order product is not ready after 120 days, customers may request a full refund under our advertised 120-day provision.
Nothing in this section limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Voluntary change-of-mind cancellations and returns require approval and are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
Where reasonable and permitted by law, an approved cancellation or change-of-mind return may incur a fee of up to 30%.
These fees do not apply where a consumer is entitled to a remedy without deduction under Australian Consumer Law.
9. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. WEBSITE USE
Customers must provide accurate order and contact information.
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with normal website operation.
Website images, original text, branding and other content must not be reproduced commercially without the relevant rights or permission.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services, including payment providers and delivery companies.
Such services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Nothing in this section removes HausofWheels' obligations as a supplier under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Australia and New South Wales, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to a customer.
